1. Access and License

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access our platform and underlying data streams. You may not resell, restream, or otherwise commercially exploit the raw data we provide without a separate enterprise license.

2. Data Accuracy

While we strive for sub-second latency and perfect accuracy by partnering with top-tier providers like Sportradar and Opta, we are not liable for errors in the upstream data or losses incurred as a result of using our tools for sports betting or fantasy leagues.

3. Subscription and Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. We do not provide partial-month refunds. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
