About Us

Sports media optimized for engagement is structurally broken. We built SportsXYou to optimize for utility.

The Original Sin of Sports Media

At some point in the last decade, major sports networks realized that actual sports data—scores, stats, tactics—was commoditized. To justify their ad rates, they had to pivot to narrative.

Narrative means debate shows. It means manufacturing drama where none exists. It means algorithmic timelines that prioritize a polarizing quote from a backup quarterback over a detailed tactical breakdown of a Champions League final.

The interface reflects this. Open any major sports app right now. You will likely see:

  • An auto-playing video of people yelling.
  • A timeline algorithmically sorting news out of chronological order.
  • Betting odds injected into every possible whitespace.
  • Articles that take 800 words to deliver 2 sentences of factual information.

Our Philosophy

SportsXYou is an aggressive rejection of that model. We are inspired by financial terminals and raw data interfaces.

1. Zero Algorithms. You see exactly what you configured your dashboard to show, in reverse chronological order. We do not attempt to guess what will keep you on the page longer.

2. Zero Editorializing. We do not employ writers. We do not have opinions. We ingest JSON from data providers and render it to the DOM.

3. Absolute Speed. By stripping away tracking scripts, video players, and heavy client-side frameworks, we achieve sub-500ms latency on live score updates.

The Business Model

We charge a flat monthly fee to cover API licensing and server costs. That is our only revenue stream. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not take affiliate kickbacks from sportsbooks.

This model aligns our incentives perfectly with yours: we only survive if the tool is so exceptionally useful that you choose to pay for it.
